Let's Row Program

By bringing rowing machines directly into public schools at no-cost, Let's Row program introduces the sport of rowing to students from all walks of life.
CRI Let's Row runs programming in PE classes and after school programs in over 35 Boston Public Schools, 5 Cambridge Upper Schools, and more. Let's Row uses a curriculum based on BPS Physical Education standards that has been carefully designed to be educational and engaging by incorporating games, peer support, and competition in each lesson plan.
Each school in the CRI Let's Row program is invited to participate in a field trip to the Charles River as well as the Let's Row Championships, the culminating indoor rowing competition for the Greater Boston area. The championship, hosted at The Track at New Balance in Brighton, gives students and schools access to the largest youth indoor regatta in the country.
CRI Let's Row programs are part of the continuum of opportunity offered by CRI for public school students to gain the skills, confidence, and curiosity to continue in the sport—whether on rowing machines in schools or on the Charles River through scholastic or high school club rowing opportunities.
