Peak Performance takes the training principle, stress+rest=growth and outlines how it can be applied to everyday life. 
In April 4th we will discuss the first section of the book “The Growth Equation”
  1. Has this book started to change your perception on stress? If so, how?
  2. After reading this section do you have a new appreciation for rest? If so, how?
  3. How can you see the concepts being discussed applied in your everyday life?
