Description: Coaches from the Boston area shared in a discussion with Dr. Erin McConnell on what to watch for as athletes transition to the Spring racing season. She went over common thing to look for and even have some video to review. It was an interactive presentation!

Questions for Coaches to think about in preparation:
1. What injuries are you seeing?
2. What do you do for injury prevention?
3. What questions do you still have post Coach Talk 4?

We met in the CRI Weightroom to share some delicious food, a drink or two from Craft Beer Cellar, and talk about rowing. The invitation is open to any coaches that can make it from along the river, at CRI, and in the area. Come ready to connect with fellow coaches, share ideas from personal experience, and learn from others. Please share this with other coaches that might be interested.
