Caitlin Lupton brings her skills in Raiser’s Edge database management, an educational background in Nonprofit Management, and a passion for rowing to CRI as Development Associate.

Caitlin graduated from Mount Holyoke College in 2009 with a BS in Environmental Studies and minor in Anthropology and received an MSc in Conservation and Rural Development from the University of Kent in Canterbury, England in 2012. After graduating from Mount Holyoke Caitlin was awarded a Fulbright grant to study community-based ecotourism in minority and indigenous communities within the Colombian National Parks system.  She recently received a certificate in Nonprofit Management from the Harvard Extension School.

Caitlin began rowing her freshman year at Mount Holyoke and continued to row on the varsity team for all four years. She has many fond memories of this time and many of her best friends she met on the team. Caitlin also rowed while completing her masters in England. In 2015 she began taking sculling classes at CRI and was able to continue feeding her love for rowing.
